Sound & Vision

Sound Vision took place in 2024 as a collaboration between Convenience Gallery, Focal Studios, Resilient NW CI, Break the Mould, Liscard Community Links and Wirral Council for the Borough of Culture 2024. With support from Merseyside Police, Liscard together and Liscard McDonalds. 

These organisations worked together with young people in Liscard to get them involved with creative projects. 

Convenience Gallery brought in local artists Jon Edgley and Andrew Wolfenden to create bespoke murals shaped and designed by the young people of the area. 

Andrew and Jon lead weekly workshop across September and October on the Kontactabus in Liscard. People involved contributed ideas and designs and this resulted in 2 distinct mural designs Andrew and Jon painted to be displayed in Liscards community. 

We will add to this page images of the final place the murals go up once this is confirmed.
