Georgemmais a free-lance artist and architect in training. She lives in Liverpool where she continues to paint alongside her work with Studio MUTT architects. After years without picking up a brush, she rediscovered her love for colour in late 2018 when painting murals in Los Angeles. Often only having a pen to hand, she has learnt to integrate her mistakes into her drawings, resulting in her simplified figures and graphic painting style. Working with acrylic on unstretched canvas, her colour palettes and subject matter reveal her enthusiastic outlook on modern life and nature.
